Who will win this year? Nominations for CPS GfK's Out of Home Formula Report 2023 are out!

For the eighth time, CPS GfK surveyed guest satisfaction among out-of-home formulas. The winners will be announced on 7 November. The various contenders for the title "Winner of the CPS GfK Formula Report Out of Home" within their segment have been released.

Guest satisfaction levels of nearly 70 Out of Home formulas have been mapped. These have been categorised by four segments: Fastservice, Coffee & Lunch, On the Move and At Work. Assessment of the formulas is based on the 7 G-model and forms the basis for the nominations. Through this year, like last year, we see an increase in the importance of cheap. Inherent in the current market development.

About the CPS GfK Out of Home Format Report 2023

The GCPS fK Out of Home Formula-report gives a very complete picture of the development in appreciation and loyalty among guests of the larger foodservice formulas in the Netherlands. For each formula, the study provides insight into the appreciation of convenience, enjoyment, cheap, hospitality, healthy, good conscience, good story and the 35 underlying aspects. Other insights such as the development of loyalty levels and NPS scores are also presented in detail.
